Hi Cherie,
I got this recipe from a friend and modified it to be WW friendly. It's sweet
and rich. Doesnt taste like "diet food." Great for potlucks.

**32 oz carton Dannon Lite n Fit Vanilla Yogurt
1 oz pkg instant sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding mix
12 oz tub Cool Whip Free, thawed
1 pkg frozen unsweetened raspberries**

**Above is the light version - whole recipe contains 23 PointsPlus, approx. 14 servings of 1/2 C so 2 PP per 1/2 Cup**

Below is 3 PP per serving using regular ingredients (besides the light yogurt:

*32 oz carton Dannon Lite n Fit Vanilla Yogurt
1 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
8 oz tub Cool Whip regular, thawed
1 pkg frozen unsweetened raspberries*

*This version is 33 PointsPlus for the whole recipe with about 12 servings of 1/2 C each at 3 PP each*

Whip together about half the yogurt and the pudding mix til smooth. Stir in the
rest of the yogurt and the Cool Whip. Fold in the frozen raspberries.
Refrigerate a couple hours to give the raspberries time to thaw.
