Breads: CORN BREAD OR CASSEROLE - Thanks Mimster (Linda), Staff Site PointsPlus
1 C. plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 t. baking soda dissolved in 1 t. water
1/2 t. salt
1 egg
2 t. canola oil
1 1/2 C. Cornmeal

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 in a sprayed 8x8 pan for 20-30 minutes or until brown and firm to the touch. Serve with Fat-free margarine or syrup but remember to add PointsPlus values.
