If you use real sugar it is 35 PointsPlus for entire recipe, 10 servings at 3 PointsPlus each.
1 cup fresh cranberries
8 apples, peeled, cored and -- chopped
1/2 cup sugar substitute (or use real sugar - see above)
1 cinnamon stick -- halved
6 whole cloves
Combine cranberries, apples and sugar substitute in slow cooker. Place cinnamon and cloves in center of 6" square of cheesecloth. Pull up around sides; tie to form pouch. Place in pot. Cover and cook on LOW 4-5 hrs or until cranberries and apples are very soft.
This has become a family favorite. Just make sure you use a sweet type apple versus a "granny smith" type apple.
