2 servings at 3 PointsPlus each
1/2 cup corn meal
1 1/2 cups water
Boil water and corn meal and spread a thin as you can on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle seasoning such as garlic salt, cinnamon and Splenda, dry ranch or just salt--- whatever you like.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes. Until they look like they would break apart. These
are very good and they are gluten-free & work with Simply Filling).
