4 medium apples, chopped

2 oz. peanuts, coarsely chopped (I use cocktail peanuts)

1 small pkg sugar free, fat free butterscotch INSTANT pudding OR regular**

1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple

1 (8oz) tub fat free cool whip (or Lite)

Put all in a bowl and stir - keep refrigerated.

Using fat-free,sugar free butterscotch pudding & fat-free Cool Whip, the whole recipe has 32 PointsPlus - roughly 12 servings of 1/2 cup = 3 PointsPlus per 1/2 cup serving.

I don't like to use artificial sweetener so I make mine using the regular pudding along with regular Cool Whip. If you use those 2 ingredients the whole recipe has 43 PointsPlus, approximately 4 PointsPlus per 1/2 cup serving.
