This is for 1 1/2 batches:

I used 2 cans lean ham (12 PP)
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 garlic clove minced
1.5 cup skim milk
1/2 Cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp dry mustard
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
3 green onions, chopped
9 eggs
9 slices wheat or french bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Combine ham, Italian seasong, garlic - set aside. Combine milk and next 6 ingredients in large bowl; stir with wisk until well-blended - add ham mixture and bread cubes - stir til well-blended - pour into 11 x 7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray - cover and chill 8-12 hrs (overnight).

Preheat oven to 350
Bake uncovered 350 for 50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
