Soups: STUFFED PEPPER SOUP
1 lb lean ground beef, browned
3-4 peppers chopped (green, red, yellow, etc)
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1 can beef broth
1 family size can tomato soup
2 C water
1 C brown rice, uncooked
1 tsp garlic
salt & pepper to taste

Bring contents to a boil. Let simmer 30-45 minutes. Add more water if soup gets too thick.
