1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
black pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
1 clove garlic clove(s)
1 cup onion(s), chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 can chili beans/kidney beans
1 cup canned diced tomatoes
16 oz raw extra lean ground beef

In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine ground beef and onion, cook until done, drain excess fat. Add the rest of the above ingredients and cook for about 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
