1/3 cup(s) sugar
1/2 tsp table salt
1/4 cup(s) fat-free skim milk
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup(s) buttermilk (if you don't have buttermilk you can make it - put 1 Tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice into a 1 Cup measuring cup, then fill with milk to make 1 cup. Then use the amount needed in the recipe).
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp Minute Maid Lemon juice, frozen single strength
14 oz packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots), 14 oz is 8 cups
**8 Tbsp Kraft Mayo w/Olive Oil (8 Tbsp = 1/2 C) (this is a reduced mayo)

Place coleslaw mix into bowl. Mix all other ingredients then pour over coleslaw mix. Refrigerate at least 3 hrs or overnight.

35 PP in entire recipe using REAL MAYO.
7 servings of 1/2 C each USING REAL MAYO = 5 PP.

To use Kraft Mayo w/Olive Oil reduces to 21 PP for entire recipe, 7 servings of 1/2 C each at 3 PP per serving.
