I got this recipe from a friend and modified it to be WW friendly. It's sweet
and rich. Doesnt taste like "diet food." Great for potlucks.
32 oz carton Dannon Lite n Fit Vanilla Yogurt (6.5 pts)
1 oz pkg instant sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding mix (1.5 pts)
12 oz tub Cool Whip Free, thawed (11 pts)
1 pkg frozen unsweetened raspberries (3 pts)
Whip together about half the yogurt and the pudding mix til smooth. Stir in the
rest of the yogurt and the Cool Whip. Fold in the frozen raspberries.
Refrigerate a couple hours to give the raspberries time to thaw.
Makes about 2 1/2 qts. 22 Points for whole recipe. 1 WW Point per half cup serving.
