1/2 cup(s) fat-free margarine
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup(s) sugar
2 large egg(s)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup(s) 1% low-fat milk, Sour milk before using
2 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1 tsp table salt
2 cup(s) zucchini, grated
4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup(s) semisweet chocolate candy
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. use a 9X13 cake pan.
Cream together margarine, oil, sugar, & eggs. Add remaining ingredients. pour into a greased pan & sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, or until done.
