2 1/2 cups finely chopped fresh strawberries
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp chopped green onions
2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
1/3 cup Catalina salad dressing**See note below
Dash hot pepper sauce
Pepper to taste
In a bowl, combine the strawberries, green pepper, onions & parsley. Stir in the salad dressing, hot pepper sauce and pepper. Cover & refrigerate for 2 hrs. Serve with the tortilla chips.
YIELD: 3 Cups
**If you use the fat-free Cataline, the whole batch is only 4 Pts, not counting the chips.
