Main Dish: BURGER & SHAKE - Cherie's quickie lunch idea
I just wanted to share a great little lunch idea (I JUST ate this & loved it!)...what did you eat for lunch today? Send me some new ideas, I'm bored!

1 Boca Flame-Grilled Burger fried in 1 tsp healthy oil (3 Pts) (you can find burgers that are only 1 Pt, mine were 2 Pts plus the oil)
2 slices light bread (1 Pt)
lettuce, relish, ketchup, mustard (count Pts as used)

1 Green Giant Just for One Broccoli & Cheese (0 Pts) (they have several varieties of this!) (I also like to mix this with 1 instant Minute Brown Rice cup (3 or 4 Pts, depending where you count it from. E-tools says 3 Pts, according to pkg comes out to 4 Pts)

1 WW Pomegranate Smoothie Mix (1 Pt)
1 Cup milk (2 Pts)
1 small frozen banana (1 Pt)

Mix in Magic Bullet til smooth!! YUM...

OR you could try a Root Beer Smoothie...(check for more Smoothie recipes at www.skinnyweek.com)

1 cup ice (about 5 large cubes)
1/2 cup diet root beer (0 Pts) (or use regular root beer 1/2 C = 1 Pt)
1/4 c fat-free milk (.5 Pt)
1/4 Cool Whip Free (.5 Pt) (or you could use Edy's Slow Churned Vanilla 1/4 C = 1 Pt, 1/2 C = 2 Pts)
1 packet WW Vanilla Smoothie mix (1 Pt)

Combine all ingredients in blender; Blend 1-2 minutes. Makes 1 serving, 2 Pts to 4.5 Points depending what ingredients you use.
