16 CHICKEN TENDERS – ABOUT 1 POUND
1 CUP SKIM OR BUTTERMILK
2 PACKETS WW PIZZA PREZELS CRUSHED*
Dip chicken tenders in skim or buttermilk allowing any extra liquid to drip off. Dredge the chicken tenders in the crushed pizza pretzels tapping off any excess coating. Place chicken tenders on baking sheets lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Spray the chicken lightly with non stick spray as well.
Bake in preheated 350 oven for about 20 minutes or until done.
*Easiest way is to poke a small hole in the bag with a pin and use a rolling pin to make into crumbs.
