Dearest Cherie, here is what I have tried this week & have been passing on to our WW members....
I've started adding a cheat milk serving...instead of 1 cup skim milk (2pts)- for my cereal, I use 1 cup of water & 1 pkg. WW vanilla smoothie... It is fantastic!!

Breakfast:
1/2 c. old fashion oatmeal (2) - Raw!
2 TBS. ground flaxseed (1)
1/4 banana, few strawberries & lots of blueberries (total 1)
1 tsp. safflower oil (1)
1 cup of water
1 WW vanilla smoothie pkg.(1)
Throw all in a bowl, & stir..
ZAP 1 minute in microwave, Stir, ZAP another minute...
Eat!
This has become my most favorite winter breakfast & SO FILLING!!! + I've taken care of 4 of my good health guidelines... sometimes I do use 1 cup of milk & the WW vanilla smoothie & have 2 of my milk servings taken care of...
What ever you do, DON'T TRY THE CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE!!! (yes, I tried it.. don't!) LOL, Love, Bamagal
