Breakfast: WW OATMEAL BANANA PANCAKES - Thanks Cindy R.!
1 cup of WW Oatmeal and 1/2 cup of egg beaters or 3 egg whites. Spray non stick skillet/pan. Pour mix into pan to make 1 big or 2 medium pancakes. 1 serving = 3 Points

Cindy: "I used the oatmeal/eggbeaters ... then I put in 2 TBS. flaxseed (1pt) & decided to mash up a (1pt ) banana... total 5 pts. .. had 3 very large pancakes... they were simply delicious... (used fat-free Smuckers syrup & the Smart Spread butter... both 0 pts because I used a lot less than the serving size,.,,,
Can't wait to try whole blueberries in this ...... mmmmmmmmmmm!!!!
