Open House! cblessum on 2/2/2010

I have attached some flyers - please feel free to print them & hang at your church, office, school, or break rooms. Email me if you'd like me to bring a hard copy to your place of business - I will also deliver some invitations. Thank you so much for helping spread the word!

We have an exciting agenda for this Saturday, Feb. 6th - the topic is Move More. Here is an approximate agenda for the day - there will be drawings each hour & you must be present to win - PLEASE bring friends & family because it is so much easier to do this when you have a great support system! Free gifts for joining members (and if they are nice enough to share, for you too!).

1:00 - 4:00 Brook will be doing free blood pressure checks
1:00 - 4:00 BMI booth

*1:30 p.m. Chad Wallin from the new Mile One Running Shop will be speaking about outdoor exercise apparel, safety, and their new state of the art treadmill that will analyze the proper type of footwear for your activity. He will also have info about the Magic City Striders running club, local events, and much more.

*2:30 Rita Tescher from the YMCA will be doing a Drums Alive, Zumba & yoga demo. She will talk about overall fitness & how to get started.

*times are approximate

I will be doing a Getting Started Session & Mini Meeting for all new members who want to get started right away - this will be approximately each hour, depending when new members get signed up.

I'll be sending more info each week for the other Open Houses but this may be the MOST EXCITING Open House of all! I want you to leave feeling energized, motivated, READY TO SUCCEED, and EXCITED TO TELL THE WORLD about your new lifestyle!

SEE YOU THERE! If you've been thinking about coming back, SATURDAY IS YOUR DAY~DON'T WAIT. "Someday" is not a day of the week!

Our chief want is someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
